PayPal allows you to make safe payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal Balance, bank account, credit card, PayPal Credit, and debit card. Paypal is the safest, quickest and easiest way to make payments on the internet. I want my customers to be confident that their purchases from my website is 100% secure
Delivery & Returns
Wooden It Be Crafty offer the following delivery options; Royal Mail First Class Recorded – This option is used to protect customers and myself and allows you to track your parcel. All deliveries must be signed for. A tracking number can be provided on request. Collection – I am more than happy for you to collect your order. Please select this option during checkout and then either telephone or email me to make arrangements to collect. All current postage prices are listed below

I aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible after receiving your payment. However during busy periods this isnt always possible. If your order is urgent please email me and I will do my best to provide you with an estimated date of delivery. Please be aware Royal Mail can take 14 working days to deliver a first class item. Whilst I do everything within my power to make sure your item arrives with you on time I accept no responsibility for items not received in time so please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment. If your item is returned because it was un-deliverable it is the customers responsibility to pay for re-delivery.
Items Returned Undelivered
Your order will require a signature on delivery. If no one is available the item will be taken back to the Royal Mail sorting office and require collection within 7 days. If the item is then returned to Wooden It Be Crafty I will refund you the cost of the item (excluding delivery costs) via your original payment method. I can arrange re-delivery of the item subject to a further delivery cost.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming this. All orders are posted Royal Mail First Class Recorded and can take up to 14 days to delivery although normally this time scale is a lot less. Royal Mail will not class an item as lost until 15 days after the due delivery date so unfortunately we cannot refund for lost items until after this period. In order to make a successful claim for compensation to Royal Mail we will need to forward your contact details (name, address, telephone and email) to aid Royal Mail to investigate the location of the missing item.
At Wooden It Be Crafty I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied then simply return it in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund which includes your original postage and packaging charges. I reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee for all unwanted items as these are Handmade to Order items. I will deduct this from your refund. Please note the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.If you would like to return an item please email me at email@example.com for information on how to return the item(s).
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not happy with the service you have received then please don’t hesitate to let me know. Simply email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact me via the contact page. I will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 48hrs and resolve the matter within 7 days.
